Program Details

The IPP Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent university graduates. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development program covering:

Experience-based learning: On-the-job training where our trainees observe the processes and procedures that IPP provide our unique financial solution to our client through multi-asset advisory

Mentorship program: In order to develop your confidence and help you to acquire new perspectives, a mentoring scheme is established to provide support and guidance to you throughout the program

Technical training workshop: Trainee will go through intensive training withe the goal of nuturing your technical skills, leadership skills and professional knowledge. Training is offered throughout the 24 months program and includes workshops and presentation skills training
