Responsibilities:

• Supervising the Operation team to provide full support of post trade lifecycle activities, including but not limited to subscription, redemption, distribution, settlement, reconciliations and documentation services
• Coordinating with Product Managers, Fund Administrators, Legal Counsels, Fund Accountants and other related parties to set up operation procedures, resolve issues
• Re-engineering workflow, procedures to achieve Operation excellent
• Participating all operation related projects for system implementation and enhancement
• Supporting new business, new product launch, defining correspondent operation model
• Providing direction and solution for operation issues escalated, ensuring the smoothness of daily operation
• Managing team performance, providing coaching to team members 

Skills / Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Prior exposure to Private Equity or Secondary Market funds is an advantage
• Good command of the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and operation systems
• Excellent communication skills – Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges
• Good time management skills and able to work under pressure
