We are setting up a new branch in Hong Kong and sincerely inviting high calibre professionals to join us for the following position.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Operations and Technology
• Perform a full range of daily operation on Treasury transaction including FX, Money Market, Bonds Settlement and Derivative Products etc.
• To ensure completion of business and full adherence to the bank’s compliance policy, regulations and procedure.
• Liaise with counter parties for settlement issue.
• Assist and coordinate Treasury Dept. to manage liquidity and funding of the Branch.
• To handle inquiries from front lines and counter parties
• Participate in system projects for producing user requirements, prepare testing plan and conduct UAT and drill tests, etc.
• Backup other team’s operation and perform Ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant working experiences in treasury operations and relevant settlement experience.
• Must be a bachelor degree holder, in either Business Administration, Operation Management, or related disciplines.
• Hands on experience in SWIFT, CHATS, and CMU Settlement systems operation.
• Good understanding of capital market products, payment and related compliance.
• Sound knowledge in operation risk framework and sensitive to identify operation irregularity.
• Added advantage if has previous operations experience e.g. Remittance, Account Opening or Loans Operations etc.
• Good written and verbal COMMAND of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
