Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide compliance advices and support on the daily operations, new business initiatives and insurance products
- To review and maintain the internal policies and procedures to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
- To conduct regular assessments and reviews on compliance issues such as AML, FATCA, CRS, personal data issues, related party transactions and outsourcing etc
- To assist in preparing Chinese compliance reports to management and Group Company
- To handle enquiries from regulators
- To conduct internal trainings on compliance issues to enhance the compliance consciousness of all staff levels
- To handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Work base in Headquarter (Hung Hom)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Law, Accounting or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 4-6 years compliance experience in financial institutions with experience in life insurance companies is a must
- Sound knowledge of insurance and related regulatory requirements
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
- Motivated, problem-solving and details oriented
- Able to work independently as well as part of the team
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
