We are currently seeking to hire a Management Trainee to join our dynamic and well-supported team in Hong Kong. Successful candidates will work closely with our Client Servicing Team to explore new and old clients who have needs on ESG Reporting. Candidates need to assist in formulating strategies and business plans to approach listed companies in Hong Kong. They may conduct presentations and other related activities to demonstrate our capabilities in the preparation of ESG Reports for HKEX and investors. This position reports directly to the Managing Director of Alpha & Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on ESG developments in the local market
• Assist Managing Director in formulating strategies and business plans for achieving business targets
• Assist Client Servicing Team to identify and approach listed companies for business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations under guidance and perform other marketing-related activities such as acting as facilitator in conferences and forum
• Be able to serve as bridges between clients and our Due Diligence Team

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome. We provide structure orientation and training program for inexperienced candidate
• Preferably a Master Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Commerce
• Competence in both English and Chinese languages
• Proficiency in Chinese word-processing
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
