• Responsible for supporting and monitoring fixed income sales and trading business.
• Work directly with sales and trading desk to handle daily trading support. 
• Conduct regular business analysis and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with business control officer for enquires and reporting.
• Assist fixed income team head to roll out relevant projects.
• Maintain the highest standards of attention to details and professionalism.

• Bachelors or above degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant experience in Banking industry. 
• Experience in compliance or business control is a strong plus.
• Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability and team spirit, full of passion, and able to adapt to higher intensity work requirements.
• Highly self-motivated; ability to work individually and within a team.
• Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English is a must.
