Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily voucher inputs related to proprietary trading business and broker reconciliation
• Assist in month-end and year-end process
• Prepare internal reports for Head Office and internal reporting for financial oversight and analysis
• Assist in new accounting implementation projects (accounting rule setup) and system development (automation on daily posting)
• Manage internal and external audits
• Any other ad hoc assignments of accounting function

Qualification: 

• University graduate, preferably in accounting/ finance related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with CPA accounting qualifications or equivalent is preferred
• Securities firm and bank accounting experience is an advantage
• Familiar with any front-to-back trading system (e.g. Calypso, Imagine, Apex) is an advantage 
• Excellent in excel and VBA
• Good communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, with ability to cope with pressure
