Client description
Our Client is one of the largest brokerage firms. Due to the Strong business growth, they are looking for a qualified candidate to join them as a Project Manager/ Senior Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, workflow analysis and system requirement in support of company business plan
- Automate operation workflow for back-office departments by MS excel or other tool
- Prepare and maintain SOPs and procedure manuals for back-office departments
- Responsible for preparing test plan, test cases and perform User Acceptance Test when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ relevant work experience of project management / data analyst / workflow planning in banks or financial institutions, preferably in securities brokerage
- Proficient in MS Excel functions and macro application, knowing VBA is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
