Our client, a well-established investment firm to invite high calibre candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform corporate finance jobs including initial public offerings, financial advisory on merger and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises
• Assist in assessing potential deals, developing new business, executing transactions and maintaining client relationship
• Contribute to the preparation of various reports required by business lines
• Perform other job duties as assigned from times to times

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or relevant discipline;
• At least 3 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or auditing, preferably with IPO execution experience;
• Solid exposure and knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
