Job Description
My client a leading private bank, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager for their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support to end-users such as Outlook email client, file & print, end point protection, desktop application and mobile device
- To perform trouble-shooting for the computer, IP phone and networking (including WAN, firewall, routers, switches and Wifi, etc) related problems;
- Support software and hardware installation to users;
- Support and upgrade network and server and IP phone systems;
- Ensure compliance to Company and Group IT Policy;
- Manage Structured Cabling;
- Provide PC user basic training and prepare IT user manual;
- Keep IT documentation, network diagram and IT assets inventory record up-to-date.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5+ years related working experience on system support in MS Windows 7 and 10 PC, including Microsoft Outlook, MS Office Applications and Cisco IP phone system
- Hands-on experience on routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS and network monitoring;
- Hands-on experience in support VM, Linux, MS SQL Server or Oracle Server is highly preferred
- Experienced in Private banking area or investment banking area.
- Fluent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
