Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of latest FinTech and/or New Generation Systems development and market trends for the study and evaluation of FinTech or IT solutions for Consumer Banking Division
- Conduct analysis of business process and make recommendation on system changes so that process and procedure can be streamlined and achieve work efficiency
- Follow IT standard to raise user requirements and conduct User Acceptance Test to ensure IT deliverables can meet our expectation.
- Conduct end user testing and lead testing team from vendor/or division to ensure system functions are working according to our user requirement.
- Collaborate with IT, PPM, Operations, Finance and relevant stakeholders to follow the project plans for the implementation of business projects.
- Communicate effectively with end users on user requirement specification.

Requirements
- 2 year of above consumer business experience
- IT project management and knowledge of banking ordinance / regulatory requirement preferred
- Knowledge of information technology, business planning/monitoring and financial analysis
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills, preferably with experience in technical and/or operation manual writing
- Meticulous at work, excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good project management, analytical, negotiation, communication skills
