Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the group membership program including Club communications and member acquisition, reactivation and promotional activities;
• Assist in implementing CRM initiatives to achieve strategic goals, especially on retention and VIP nurturing;
• Work with internal business units to develop customer centric member journey and monitor campaign effectiveness through member footprint and promotion tracking;
• Conduct market research for identifying key trends and factors influencing customer behavior, consumption and group loyalty;
• Coordinate with external parties to ensure the success of system development deliverables including user requirement and UAT;
• Work closely with digital marketing team and IT teams on execution of marketing automation activities;
• Manage general admin of the digital CRM platform e.g set up Q&A and handling inbox messages from customers;
• Assist in driving consistent Club communications across different brands in group level.

Requirements

• University degree with major in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Around 2-3 years’ experience, focusing on Loyalty/ CRM program/Marketing;
• Experience in group membership program is highly preferable;
• Knowledge of using CRM tools for customer segmentation and profiling;
• Good communication skills to work across different teams;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin);
• Good command of PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
