Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services regarding to online loan application and/ or loan related affairs enquiries
• Perform Loan processing (e.g., credit check and approval) and related administrative duties
• Review internal reports and identify suspicious transaction to avoid fraud

• 處理客戶網上申請貸款或貸款相關之查詢
• 處理貸款申請相關事項 (如 : 信貸查詢及批核) 及相關行政工作
• 定期查閱內部報告以調查可疑交易

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
• Form 5 / DSE graduates with prior working experience in financial service industries are highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing skills
• Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese (Fluency in English and/or Korean would be an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Representative

• 高等教育文憑或副學士以上
• 中五畢業或DSE 畢業生有相關工作經驗會優先考慮
• 熟悉MS Office及中文輸入法
• 良好粵語及溝通技巧 (良好英語及韓文會優先考慮)
• 應屆畢業生亦歡迎申請
• 較少經驗者會被考慮為客戶服務代表
