Assistant Operation Manager (Customer Due Diligence)

Responsibilities:

Ensure AML compliance level with local rules and regulations as well as keeping abreast of company policies
Handle and coordinate different tasks within the team to ensure effective implementation of daily work and procedures
Comply with relevant government regulations and the Bank's internal guidelines and policies
Assist managers by implement and complete work/project that assigned
Supervise the operations to ensure efficiency as well as compliance with the Bank’s policies
Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Requirements:

Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or other related discipline;
Experience in Banking field for 1 years or above, preferably in exposure to compliance area;
Understanding on retail banking operations with knowledge of banking environment and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong;
Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
