Job Description:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Provide excellent customer support to Premier customers in Hong Kong
• Manage inbound call enquiries/Digital platform enquiries
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions and assistance
• Comprehensive and Continuous Training will be provided for further development and professional licence exams
• 5 day work per week, shift work is required with allowance
• Weekend shift will be assigned, at max. 2 times per month

Who we are looking for:

• Secondary School graduate or above education
• Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Experience in Customer services is bonus
• Good team player 
• Willing to learn and continuous develop

Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3) , will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
