Job Description
Our client is a reputable bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Process securities transactions or upload file via internal custody system, sub-custodian’s external system, including CCASS, Easyway, Creation Online & other appointed sub-custodians’ platform.
- Handle settlement instructions in Swift format Follow up with counterparties and clients for outstanding settlement status
- Input data in securities profile into internal custody system
- Prepare regular reports to clients and management
- Participate in system enhancement and UAT
- Support to review internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 5-8 years’ work experience in banking/custody operations or securities settlement processing
- Be fully conversant with CCASS, SFC Rules, SFO and HKICL
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Work independently and self-motivated
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
