Job Description:

• IT/Finance Procurement

PO creation, PO placement to vendor,  invoice submission, vendor evaluation (Finance only) and procurement end to end process follow up.

• PMO/Project Support

PMO/Project action item follow up, meeting recap, system UAT support and meeting arrangement.

Home growth system helpdesk log follow up with vendor and support.

• Administrative Support

Department events co-ordination, Travel arrangement(Reserve Ticket/Apply travel in system) for Finance and support for management's i-expenses claim

• Accounts Payables

I-Expenses audit

Lease accounting consolidation

Bupa claim and insurance handling

Journal voucher

Monitor IC report and follow up

Cash flow forecast update actual

Actual payroll entry

• Merchandise Payables

Fabric Liability audit process end to end handling

MP Alteryx workflow running support

MP vendor enquiry

MP ad-hoc task

Job Requirement:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience  in relative job nature
• Good in Excel (Pivot Table, Formula setting)
• Good in Powerpoint, word, Visio and power BI
