Job Description

The Senior Manager will partner with internal stakeholders at global and regional levels (including functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and technology), as well as external agencies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer engagement through effective marketing deliveries.

Description

The Senior Manager is part of the Asia Pacific Marketing Department, with a focus on marketing insights, planning, and operation. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior Manager will work independently to devise and implement holistic marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and customer engagement. This position will focus on the company's direct-to-consumer (B2C) segments, while leveraging marketing technology (Mar-Tech) tools to unearth possibilities with new and returning customers.

As a standalone contributor, the Senior Manager will partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and locations, as well as external vendors, to lead regional projects that maximises marketing effectiveness, process reviews, technology adaptation, and innovation. The Senior Manager will facilitate exchange of ideas between local marketing teams and relevant functions.

In addition to the above strategic marketing duties, the Senior Manager also owns routine marketing communications materials and the holistic planning and operation of the division's online-to-offline marketing deliveries.

Profile

Prior experience in marketing planning and operation in financial services (banking, insurance, or others) is a key requirement. Due to the strong emphasis on numerical abilities, an education background statistics, economics, mathematics, or finance would be advantageous. The ability to make use of data to draw insights is essential selection criteria. The position also requires familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Broadbridge, Alteryx, and Tableau.
