The HKH’s Investment Associate Program (1st, 2nd, 3rd year) offers learning and development opportunities to help advance your career across a variety of areas such as and not limited to investing skills, leadership and management, communication, tech, and beyond. The Program offers the ability to work with professionals across multiple portfolio companies and includes especially a strong mentorship experience to allow the participants to become a fully integrated part of the HKH culture. HKH offers its Investment Associates (1st, 2nd, 3rd) the chance to engage in direct acquisitions of large and medium sized firms around its portfolio worldwide. The investment process develops both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result, the Program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling our Investment Associates to develop a sound general and fine-tuned business mind. Investment Associates at HKH have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects what implies dealing with multiple ones simultaneously. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, Investment Associates can assume integral roles on deal and performance improvement related value measures.
- Participate in project sourcing, find potential investment targets, and push forward investment execution;
- Responsible for project evaluation through market research, investment research, competitive analysis, financial analysis and modelling;
- Effectively carry out investment project negotiations, establish and maintain good relations with investors and external partners;
- Draft decision-making/discussion memoranda for internal and external use;
- Responsible for the investment negotiation;
- Assist in identifying value creating strategic options including executing add-on investments and performance improvement projects;
- Participate in the direct or indirect management of invested portfolios, monitor and analyze the operation and management of investment portfolios, help to manage cash flow and public relationship, support a portfolio company on their key project “China Manufacturing Greenfield” e.g. China market entry and roll-out, and provide suggestions for business expansion and management improvement in a timely manner;
- Participate in evaluation on HKH’s portfolio company with active communication with the Senior Management

- Already graduated from their undergraduate or master studies in business administration (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Macroeconomics a plus) or a STEM field.
