Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle Credit Card cases and emails between CCB Guangzhou Call Centre to various branches, departments and teams timely
- Follow up ITSM cases (system issue) with Fintech and related stakeholders
- Give advice and scripts to CCB Guangzhou Call Centre to resolve incidents and critical issues
- Provide accurate monthly report to Manager
- Consistently provide feedback to Manager on customer feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum Form 5 standard with at least 1 year servicing experience preferred
- Fresh graduation is welcome
- Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure in a client-focused environment
- Self-motivated and flexible to meet changing work situations
- Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC Skills
