• Manage and control of physical security technologies such as access card systems, intruder / burglar / fire alarm systems and CCTV systems. Regular checking and inspection, review operation efficiency on security hardware
• Monitor the service vendor to provide proper maintenance and repairing service on security equipment for the Bank premises
• Coordinate the security guarding / patrol functions across the Bank premises
• Coordinate the secure transportation for cash or specified documents to cope with user needs
• Provide assistance to internal and law enforcement agency on investigations if required
• Formulate and update standard for security related provisions
• Continuous review and update the health & safety and security related training / drill materials
• Regular review the physical access logs upon the occurrence of defined events according to the HKMA requirement
• Regular review the CCTV footage as quality assurance purpose
• Provide advice in respect of security concerns on any projects / changes
• Deal with external party / banking industry in related to security related matters
• Conduct regular quality assurance check on implementation of security measures and provide advice for rectification if deficiency is observed

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of solid experience in corporate security management in banking industry
• Well versed with trade practice in contract administration and tendering process
• Sound knowledge in project management in respect of all technical aspects as well as Hong Kong building related regulations
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
