Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic performance management duties including but not limited to setting up, tracking, revising, evaluating company and department KPIs
• Assist in the preparation of the company's reports includes but not limited to monthly in-depth analysis and in time benchmark studies, competition analysis and market trend study
• Coordinate with front and back-office departments to prepare reports relevant to the company’s strategy and overall management, according to the requests from the Group, the Headquarter and Senior Management
• Carry out special research, such as providing suggestions on changes or expansion of major product lines and business lines, The development of the Belt and Road Initiative
• Assist in business departments to connect with the business resources of the headquarters and other units of the group, rationalize the coordination mechanism, and promote cross-border interconnection
• Coordinate the analysis and discussion of specific projects designated by senior management, such as integrated management scheme, business collaboration, digital transformation, quality and efficiency improvement project (PMO)，produce strategic report for headquarter approval when needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related disciplines
• Holder of CPA、CFA，PMPs Preferred
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Finance industry.  Preferably with positions in business management, internal audit or financial analysis and planning
• Prior working experience in business consulting firm and analyzing financial reports is a plus
• Good understanding of corporate governance, organization structure and job functions of all departments within an investment bank
• Excellent command in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and simplified Chinese), good command in both spoken and written English
• Excellent report writing and analysis skills

• 配合公司协同工作，协助业务部门对接总部与集团其他单位的业务资源，理顺协同机制，推动跨境互联互通
• 配合落实集团和总部重点工作，如一体化管理方案、业务协同、数字化转型、质效提升工程（PMO）、务虚会等

任职条件:

• 本科或以上，金融工程，数学，统计学，量化金融或相关专业背景优先考虑
• 优先考虑拥有财务管理(如：CPA)、金融分析(如：CFA)或项目管理(如：PMP)的资格
• 拥有5年以上相关工作经验，曾在投行工作、券商或其他金融行业内提供咨询顾问服务；相关项目管理经验
• 良好的研究和分析能力
• 对券商基本业务和整体运作有良好了解
• 能夠承受壓力並在必要時按時完成工作
• 負責任和積極進取，具有誠實，正直和良好的品格
• 享受團隊合作，良好的溝通和客戶服務技能；了解中國的工作環境和文化
