Position Summary

LBB Asia is looking for a financial controller based in Hong-Kong overlooking consolidated accounts from our China, HK and Singapore entities. This will directly report to LBB Asia MD & Founder.

              Key responsibilities 

• Prepare Financial statements for reporting purposes  
• Working closely with management and executive teams (external accountant in both Shanghai and HK) ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Working closely with HK and Shanghai Office Managers in charge of payroll, MPF and contracts
• Knowledge on recent accounting tools such as Xero, quickbook…
• Prepare budgets
• Analyse business performance (sales / margins by clients)
• Analyse variances vs budget and vs previous year
• Prepare cash flows forecasts
• Liaise with banks
• Preparing company tax
• Review company contracts
  
  Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a degree or above in Accounting or Finance or other related discipline
• Previous experience handling China branch
• At least 5 years' of Financial Management experience
• Good time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being fully operational
• Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be a key team player
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) will be a plus
