About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Manage documentation of loan application and administration duties
• Verifying and checking drawdown loan documentation in strict compliance with the terms of credit approval
• Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times

What is required and what we’re looking for

• At least 2 years or above relevant experience on loan products
• Less experience candidates will be considered as Loan Clerk
• Honest, responsible, mature and can work independently
• Good communication skills and response skills, proactive, and sincere service attitude
• Basic PC knowledge, including Chinese input, MS Word, MS Excel
