• Check the completeness of the information and documents of secured lending product applications submitted from branches
• Identify and highlight exceptions, if any, against the prevailing policies & procedures and report to approvers for further investigation
• Conduct TU, land registry and company search reports
• Provide initial preparation works of Secured Personal Credit Applications for Retail Approvers
• Compile mortgage loan data report for monthly survey of HKMA
• Preparation monthly report of Non-RML and TU destroy reports
• Perform filing control and maintain updated work register of Retail Approvers from time to time
• Provide administrative support to the Department as required

• Secondary education or above, or Diploma holder in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking industry
• Basic knowledge of secured lending products in retail banking
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
