Responsibilities:

Contribute efficient and professional underwriting duties including:

• monitor daily task volumes and take necessary actions to ensure department duties are completed timely and smoothly
• assess suggested cases from junior underwriters
• underwrite complicated and large cases within the company’s KPI 
• provide quality and professional training or response to representatives of sales channels and internal staff
• negotiate with reinsurers for reinsurance related matters 

• drive & collaborate with related parties in implementing changes or enhancements, put forward and implement assigned projects
• promote efficiency and professional standard of the department
• take the lead in enhancing underwriting guidelines and introducing new solutions periodically 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in any disciple
• With not less than 10 years of underwriting experience in individual life insurance industry with at least 5 years in supervisory/managerial role. Candidate with less experience will be considered Manager
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong management skills and able to work under pressure
• Strong business sense and eager to make continuous improvement  
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred
• With experience in artificial intelligence or related projects is an added advantage
• FLMI qualification or equivalent is preferred

职责:

负责贡献高效率及专业核保职能，包括︰

- 监督日常工作情况并及时采取行动确保部门工作顺畅、及时完成

- 审批下线转交上线之核保个案

- 在指定时间完成复杂、大额核保个案

- 提供专业培训或支持给销售渠道代表及内部同事

- 与分保公司磋商核部分保相关事宜

参与特定项目，包括︰

- 推動与相关人士协作、推行改善或优化方案

- 推行特定项目或任务

- 提升部门效率及专业水平

- 牵头优化核保指引及定期提出新方案

入职要求

- 大学学历

- 不少于十年个人寿险核保工作经验，其中不少于5年管理经验。求职者若有較少相关经验将考虑经理职位

- 良好沟通技巧

- 优秀管理能力及能承担工作压力

- 有理念持续改善优化

- 能说流利普通话较理想

- 有自能核保或相关项目经验将优先

- FLMI专业或同等资格优先
