Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and perform checking of all types of import trade transactions including all types of L/C and amendment issuance; import bills, loan and acceptance initiation and settlement; shipping guarantee issuance and redemption, Non-trade Bonds/Guarantee/Standby L/C, etc.
• Assist in preparing accounts reconciliation, balancing, trade statement, charges follow up and settlement
• Perform clerical duties including data input, filing, mailing, prepare banking returns and MIS report as required
• Support Export trade processing team when necessary

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with 2 years relevant experience with basic knowledge in ICC rules, or fresh graduate of Degree / Diploma Holder also can be considered
• Meticulous, organized and independent; able to multi-task and work under pressure
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work on irregular working hours such as public holidays when necessary. OT allowance will be provided
• Good command of both English & Chinese
• Proficient in using PC and MS Word & Excel

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant level
