We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our core banking implementation project as part of the business team.  As a Senior Project Analyst / Project Analyst, your duties will include supporting the SIT/UAT testing team in defects tracking, management reporting and vendor coordination.  In addition, this will role coordinate and ensure effective execution of all planned in-house or external trainings.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the testing team members comprise of End users, Subject Matter Experts and Business/Product Analysts to track test status and results
• Prepare necessary management reporting on test progress and results
• Work closely with Project Managers to identify issues and road blocks, and recommend possible resolutions
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency throughout the test cycle
• Ensure correctness and up-to-date of system defect details in relevant tracking system
• Coordinate and manage the execution of all pre-planned training activities for End users, Subject Matter Experts and Business/Product Analysts
• Support post training evaluation, and recommend any supplementary trainings as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in IT, business or other related disciplines
• 6 years or above directly related work experience in the banking industry.  Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
• Related work knowledge and experience in areas ideally related to core banking system testing and drafting of banking operation procedure document
• Knowledge in using HPQC/ALMQC or any test management software an advantage 
• Resilient under pressure and long hours
• Good technical skills in MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft collaboration tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent in both verbal and written English, conversational Putonghua would be an advantage
