Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review standard facility letter, loan and security documents for corporate customers;
• Verify independently to ensure all loan submissions have been approved with appropriate approving authority;
• Ensure compliance of all conditions precedent, including but limited to all facility and security documents, prior to implementation of loan facilities;
• Follow-up with Business Units on the submission or satisfaction of all condition subsequent;
• Prepare documentation-related management reports for Branch Management, Head Office and Regulatory Authorities;
• Handle CRA and CCRA data contribution matters and relevant reports management;
• Participate in CRA testing and implementation of CRA system launch; 
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above;
• Relevant working experience and knowledge of banking for minimum 3 years is preferable;
• Attentive to details with good communication and organizational skills;
• Eager to learn and able to work independently.
