Job Purpose

To process private banking and wealth management credit applications in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and guideline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct document verification, access, approve and make recommendation on credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines as well as in compliance with the requirements of the local regulatory.
• Assist to coordinate wealth management investment product's risk evaluation and assignment.
• Streamline process for credit automation on various products and perform credit processing.
• Contact external customers for application confirmation and follow up related operations.
• Conduct regular credit and customer portfolio review timely.
• Prepare credit related reports and arrange related administrative work.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments/ projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines is preferred but not a must.
• 3 - 4 years’ work experience in credit administration and operations preferred.
• Solid knowledge of retail banking products and related operations, banking regulations, particularly in secured and unsecured lending.
• A team player with strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
