Job Description
Role Overview
This position performs Corporate Actions in an international investment bank.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist manager in daily operational control to ensure transactions are handled in accordance with banks' procedures and guidelines
- Update Corporate Actions news and to support daily operations and perform pre-operational checking in securities transfer, withdrawal, fund Transfer, payment processing, cheque clearing & autopay clearing.
- Handle disclosure of securities holdings
- Work closely with relationship managers and marketing assistants on corporate actions and event summary matters as per clients' instructions
- Prepare daily transaction volume statistics
Role's Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of operation experience ideally in payment and securities operations
- Good knowledge of corporate actions
- Understanding of account operations and general banking operations (preferred but not necessary)
- Good English and Cantonese
- Degree holder
