Role Overview

This position performs Corporate Actions in an international investment bank.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist manager in daily operational control to ensure transactions are handled in accordance with banks' procedures and guidelines
• Update Corporate Actions news and to support daily operations and perform pre-operational checking in securities transfer, withdrawal, fund Transfer, payment processing, cheque clearing & autopay clearing.
• Handle disclosure of securities holdings
• Work closely with relationship managers and marketing assistants on corporate actions and event summary matters as per clients' instructions
• Prepare daily transaction volume statistics

Role's Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of operation experience ideally in payment and securities operations
• Good knowledge of corporate actions
• Understanding of account operations and general banking operations (preferred but not necessary)
• Good English and Cantonese
• Degree holder
