Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to design effective incentive schemes for driving business results to achieve KPIs
• Supervise in contest tracking, final reports generation and system automation or support
• Lead the team to organize Annual Awards Presentation ceremony, recognition events, overseas convention, and incentive trips
• Lead the team to launch initiatives for promoting MDRT and other industry awards
• Design and maintain Clubs & Awards manual for driving business results
• Plan and control the budget for Sales Promotion & Communication expenses
• Lead the Best Practices Team to work with Operations in complaint investigations; build and monitor best practices guidelines, educate and communicate best practices requirements to the consultancy force

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance and financial industry, preferably with solid experiences in agency administration and sales promotion functions
• Strong capabilities in project management with analytical mind and sensitive to numbers
• Initiative, detail-minded, and strong business acumen
• Proactive, creative and mature with effective interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Conversant in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
