Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone or email 
• Maintain good relationship with with customer
• Maintain high-level service standards 
• Work Location: Kwun Tong/ Kowloon Bay/North Point 
• With bank benefit: year-end bonus and medical insurance
• Welcome candidates with inbound or outbound experience

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holder 
• At least 1 year call center/ customer service experience
• Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel
• Proficient in spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
