Job Responsibilities:

• Perform customer due diligence and on-going checking/review (e.g. name screening, company search, risk assessment of customers, reviewing supporting documents of application for Octopus Wallet account and merchant businesses, etc.) according to the established procedures and guidelines
• Perform quality checking to ensure the compliance of due diligence, name screening and record keeping requirements including the identification and verification of relevant customer due diligence information and documentation
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Demonstrate commitment to regulatory compliance and high ethical standards
• Keep abreast of the latest regulatory development
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience, experience in financial services industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (hands-on experience in Excel functions e.g. Pivot-table, V-LOOKUP, etc. is a plus)
• Attentive to details with strong analytical skills especially on data filtering & data processing
• Self-starter with integrity
• Sensitive to numbers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external parties
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive with can-do attitude
