Job Description 
- Explore new business opportunities and target customers
- Drive new App account acquisition and other targets to achieve the department’s pre-set KPI
- Explore new sales channels and drive sales-related projects such as exhibitions, malls, roadshows, promotion campaigns, etc
- Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new HK-based clients for promoting securities App users (e.g. WeChat/ Alipay/ online advertising/ local KOLs, etc)
- Strong network with KOLs in the investment community, responsible for covering and building a connection with different channels
- Follow up sales leads, prepare sales materials and partnership agreements with partners
- Set KPIs, project schedule, budget, resources planning, project launch, result tracking, and report on individual campaign progress and sales channels
- Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance practices

Background 
- University graduates in business or financial related disciplines
- At least 4 years of solid experience in business development in a securities firm or banking industry
- Understand and be able to develop online customer acquisition channels
- SFC registered Licensed Representative for regulated activities Type 1, 4 is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and can work independently
