Responsibilities:

• Evaluate opportunities in-line with company’s strategic priorities
• Analyze target companies within the specific market segments
• Lead M&A related activities and transaction processes
• Provide thorough research to support ongoing projects - should be able to gather, distill and present large amounts of information efficiently
• Participate in external meetings/portfolio companies' meetings as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplines
• At least 3 years of deal transaction from big 4 or in-house M&A function
• Good business sense and awareness of commercial and economic issues
