Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services regarding to loan repayment and/ or related affairs enquiries
- Manage customer's account and maintain good relationship with customers
- Arrange and settle customer repayment, provide credit management
- 處理客戶還款或相關事宜之查詢
- 帳戶管理並與客戶保持良好關係
- 安排及處理客戶還款及提供信貸管理
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- Form 5 / DSE graduates with prior working experience in financial service industries are highly preferred
- Proficient in PC Operation and Chinese typing skills
- Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese (Fluency in English and/or Korean would be an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Representative
- Part-Time Working are also welcome (3 days per week, Each day 4 - 8 working hours; Fexible working hours)

- 歡迎兼職工作者(每周工作3天或以上，每天工作 4 至 8 小時，彈性上班時數)
