Responsibilities:

• Report to Assistant Manager to handle daily cash flow and fund administration for Company’s financial investments;
• Support in the daily operations including data update, fund transfer, calculation of bank loan interest and bank reconciliation;
• Maintain accurate records and prepare financial or treasury reports;
• Assist in processing settlement payments and receipts of investment products;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above major in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent. Degree holder is preferred;
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in banking/financial sector is an advantage;  
• Experience in dealing and communicating with banks is preferred;
• Knowledge in financial investment products is an advantage;
• Meticulous and good with numbers;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel;
• Immediate availability will be highly preferred;
