1. Manage and monitor credit card and unsecured loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal guidelines;
2. Assist management to formulate fraud control strategies and policies;
3. Assist management to formulate debt collection policies/strategies to reduce loan loss and maximize debt recovery;
4. Participate different credit related projects, including system implementation and parameter setting on our decisioning platform;
5. Prepare credit risk analysis, MIS reports to Management;
6. Other work assigned by the department.

1. 管理和監控信用卡及個人消費貸款組合，以確保信用質量符合內部準則；
2. 協助制定欺詐控制政策/策略，以減少銀行的財務損失；
3. 協助制定催收政策/策略，以減少貸款損失並提升債務回收成效；
4. 參與信貸風險管理相關項目，包括系統建設和決策引導參數管理；
5. 向管理層提供相關風險分析報告；
6. 部門交辦的其他工作。

1. Bachelor degree holder or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Risk Management or relevant majors;
2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in credit risk management;​
3. Solid experience in credit card risk management, consumer loan lending principles, regulatory requirements and related market practice;
4. Experience in project planning and management;
5. Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as team player;
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
7. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;

1. 具有統計學、電腦應用、金融、風險管理相關專業的學士及以上學位；
2. 具有3-5年信用風險管理工作經驗；
3. 有較好的信用卡及個人消費貸款風險管理知識儲備，了解監管要求，有一定的實踐經驗；
4. 具有項目規劃推動能力，有較強的執行能力；
5. 進取心強，良好的溝通能力和具有團隊合作精神；​​
6. 具有良好的中英文語言能力，普通話流利優先。
7. 風險管理工作經驗較少或考慮為經理助理。​
