Responsibilities:

• Explore the potential collaboration with new partners and merchants

• Plan and develop different partnership campaigns that can maximize the customer’s value and achieve business target
• Recruit new merchant and perform account set-up and document verification of new merchant applications by connecting internal and external parties
• Handle merchants’ enquiries and answer incoming questions over phone calls and email
• Conduct periodically review of the merchants
• With E-Commerce industry experience is an advantage
• Handle merchant acquisition and maintenance

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience of marketing or merchant acquisition experience in the credit card industry
• Be creative, sensitive to the market trend, detailed minded and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
