Our company has an aggressive business development plan, and we are looking for a Loan Sales Representativeto join our team.

• Explore loan opportunities in Hong Kong focusing on first mortgage, second mortgage and other types of collateralized consumer loans.
• Conduct due diligence on the borrower and collateral.
• Prepare loan application for risk department and management to approve.
• Maintain and develop relationship with potential customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines with 1-year experience in loan sales experiences
• Aggressive, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
