Responsibilities:

• Manage life & general insurance products for bancassurance channel 
• Initiate product ideas through market research, competitor analysis, market trend and consumer survey
• Perform insurer & product management including insurer onboarding, product due diligence and ongoing monitoring
• Lead digital insurance product launch projects and work with other teams to ensure smooth digital customer journey
  
• Work closely with compliance, marketing, and other internal stakeholders for any insurance related projects 

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry with experience in product function
• Good knowledge of insurance products (open for both life/GI)
• Solid experience with product launch process and digital channel
• Good team player
• Good stakeholder management, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Good verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
