• Adhere to the trading mandate and to the management trading strategy, capture market opportunity and contribute profit.
• Observe market news, trends and opportunities, report to trading heads and management timely.
• Assist in new product development
• Risk and positions management, knowledge in operating the front office trading systems
• Adhere regulatory requirements and follow the bank’s policies in launching business.
• Trade within the risk limit and the KPI targets

• 2-5 years trading experience in precious metals business, working experience in the other commodities is an advantage
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Have knowledge in financial market, understand both the theoretical and practical part of the market.
• Working experience in the financial markets and uses of trading platforms, knowledge in managing risk and positions and in operating the front office trading systems.
• Positive trading records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Incentive to know and learn new knowledge.
• Good Team Spirit, like to work with people.
• Good command in Chinese and English, in typing, writing and speaking.
