• This role falls under the department of Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited
• The incumbent will assist in various projects in connection with the existing private trust accounts, corporate share award schemes and HK estates etc. in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, guidelines and standards set by regulators and The Bank
• Assist Private Trust Managers in streamlining operation procedures and ensure the work output of the Section adhering to all established risk control guidelines and procedures
• Handle routine trust distributions
• Provide trust administrative support and handle trust accounts matters
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

• University graduate with 1-3 years of experience in bank trustee / independent trust company
• Good knowledge in customer due diligence requirements for private trust clients and trust compliance will be preferred, e.g. FATCA and CRS regulations and guidelines
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of (Senior) Private Trust Officer.
