Job Summary

• Act as the key driver to enable the growth of the Bank’s Wealth Management (WM) business by driving initiatives and enhancing our digital capabilities to facilitate online WM transactions and increase customer engagement of Retail & Private Banking segments, with key focus in investment services. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and drive the wealth management initiatives including securities, investment funds and structured products across CNCBI digital platforms to serve the needs of customers riding on the Fintech advancement.
• Collaborate cohesively with WM Product Team and various internal stakeholders within CNCBI and CNCB, as well as external service providers, to offer top-class digital WM services and grow the e-based WM business to meet business targets.
• Design the customer's digital journey and improve the user experience on our digital platforms with good customer experience and maximize the opportunity for WM product acquisition/cross-selling.
• Lead WM digital initiatives/enhancements through specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed requirements and using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases and user experience to generate quality deliverables.
• Monitor the project plan and manage technical team’s/vendor(s)’ development pipeline to achieve desired results and ensure timely rollout from idea generation to the execution.
• Actively monitor the performance of initiatives/enhancements after rollout, optimize and keep improving the customer experience & usability in ongoing basis.
• Review competitor strategies, data, and industry information to validate the online WM business model and identify potential changes as necessary.
• Keep abreast of latest Fintech development, competitor landscape and regulatory requirements on digital space and digital marketing trend of the industry.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking/finance industry, with key focus on the Retail Banking wealth management services, customer behavior and competitive arena.
• Solid experience and track record of managing and implementing investment related projects and digital initiatives.
• Good understanding on prevailing digital applications and relevant regulations governing the online distribution of WM products.
• Good people management and project management skills, manage to complete assignments with quality under tight time pressure.
• Strong business sense and customer driven with analytical mind and ability to meet / exceed business targets assigned.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
