Responsibilities:

• Assist superior in collecting business team requirements to facilitates system development
• Implement or enhance system functionalities to fulfill business requirements for making platforms competitive
• Monitor the development progress and ensure effective implementation of new system
• Assist superior in reviewing IT initiatives from technology risk perspectives
• Liaise with external vendors / suppliers / IT / product team to ensure the quality of deliverables / services

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Computer Science / e-Commerce / Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in information technology / system development and implementation
• Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
• Basic knowledge in personal banking management, the operation and system of the Contact Centre would be an advantage
• Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
