Job Description
工作時間: 五天工作週, 星期一至六輪班 (8:30am-4:30pm/ 9:00am-5:00pm, 按分行營業時間而定, 公眾假期休息)
地點: 港九新界各區
工作內容:
- 協助解決客戶疑問及困
- 提供專業櫃位交易服務
- 按照不同客戶對金融服務的需要，轉介客戶給相關銀行業務的同事
要求:
- 中學會考/ 文憑試五科合格或以上 (包括中, 英, 數)
- 積極，主動，有負責心，有禮貌，良好工作態度
- 有櫃位經驗者或前線客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
