Job Descriptions:

• Participate in sanctions review projects and initiatives related to sanctions topics

• Provide advisory support and coordinate on sanctions-related issues

• Review and coordinate sanctions-related escalations (customer level and transaction level)

• Facilitate transactions in all business line by providing sanctions advisory support

• Work closely with relevant local compliance teams in establishment of appropriate sanctions controls, monitoring procedure and framework based on Head Office and regulatory requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in law is preferred

• Depending on the seniority of the associate, at least 3 years work experience in sanctions-related advisory role

• Qualification in ECF is preferred

• Knowledge of sanctions law is an advantage

• Able to work independently under fast-pace and pressure

• Familiar with international sanction regimes and key development

• Possess good organizational, technical and coordination skill and detail minded

• Able to perform extensive research to validate required documents and information

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written)
