A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Compliance Manager to join their Digital Banking division.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure bank's policies and procedures are in compiled with regulatory requirements
• Perform first line of defense for e-banking channels, product, procedures & sales practices, etc.
• Manage and conduct compliance checking to monitor e-banking sales and business operation activities
• Ensure the new products and services on e-banking channel are complied with the regulatory requirements required by the regulators.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks of non-compliance issues. Provide compliance advisory and remedial measures to business units
• Conduct compliance training to staff and/or stakeholders on the regulatory update with the relevant laws, rules, and standards. Increase compliance awareness among the bank
• Maintain and enhance an effective compliance infrastructure, such as data analytics on exception activities, feedback mechanism, to collect frontlines' comments and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales compliance work

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in banking or financial industries specialized in compliance or audit functions
• University graduate or above in Law, Accounting, Finance and Business or related discipline
• Candidates with Big 4 experience in banking / IT audit and assurance are welcome
• Experience in RegTech, E-banking, investment, insurance, or branch operation will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, people management and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English language skills preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager Level
