We are looking for someone with: 

  • Degree holder in Mathematics or Computer Studies
  • At least 5 years of work experience with 2 years in project management and MIS reporting
  • Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good presentation skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player, organized and attentive to details
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel Macro, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

On the job you will: 

  • Strategic planning and implementing sales incentives programs
  • Coordinate and manage internal and industry recognition programs and awards
  • Prepare projection reports for sales incentives programs to help achieve sales target and meet sales budget
  • Prepare progress reports for different awards and sales incentives programs, provide sales analysis and commentaries to management for better sales monitoring
  • Review the appeal cases for awards and sales incentives programs, and provide proper recommendations for management’s decision
  • Plan the budget and monitor the expenses are within budget for each individual incentives program
  • Coordinate different sales MIS automation projects as assigned by supervisors
